    As per my title,

OnePlus should reconsider quarterly security updates for flag ship devices and struggle to provide monthly security updates.

Comparing to Samsung and what we`re paying for a OnePlus device, this feels like the biggest scam ever.

I bought my OnePlus 8T liking the idea of 3 years of software updates, but moving from monthly to quarterly updates I believe is the biggest mistake from OnePlus.

Strongly thinking to return my OnePlus 8T and go all in to Samsung because of only this factor.

Well, this does make future phone purchases easier when OnePlus devices can be removed from the pool of options right away. They are heading to a completely wrong direction here.
