    Both remote when paired one remote stop working.
    do we have to use only one remote silver one or black one.
    It’s unpaired every time like every 1-2 days.
    And service agent told that we can’t deliver remote as they stopped remote production and gift me 1000 voucher.
    Didn’t expect such lame excuse by such companies.

    Hey,
    You can pair more than one remote, there's no issue in that.
    The un-pairing issue is a side effect of OTA5 and has been there from months. Hopefully the next update will rectify it. You are fortunate that you got the remote and also a 1000rs voucher... Many did not even get the remote per say.

    ya atleast u got the remote i didnt get still i am loosing faith and hopes in oneplus i hope if any oneplus official see this pls take it as a concern u r loosing nowadays pls do alternate i dont u may ban me i know

    Wow... One side you are complaining that you did not get OTA6 and here you are saying it's still not fixed. How will it be fixed for you if you did not get the update yet.
