And that question is... Will it support Verizon?

    The answer is kind of.

I went ahead and put everything into a service which tells if a certain phone will work on a certain service.

There you have it. It will work on Verizon but to a certain extent. If you go out of the 4G LTE zones. You won't have any service. This is why I recommend that if you are going to purchase the OP2 in the United States, then please make sure you have AT&T or T-Mobile.

Hope you all found this helpful.

Join the rest of the world, GSM is where it's at. Swap a SIM card and boom. Keep moving

I had a Verizon GS4 working quite well on Tmo, LTE and everything. Took some custom mods, but worked. ;)

I travel extensively in Central, South America and the Caribbean. I would like to see 700 Mhz Band 28. This frequency is in use all over the region.

Technically Metro PCS is T-Mobile, and Net10, and Tracfone are AT&T.

You can probably imagine my question already, does it work with CDMA? I can't find anything since the announcement of the phone, especially on the specifics. Thank yoy in advance for the help!

No. CDMA is outdated, and I don't know why you haven't made the switch to GSM yet.

Please don't spread misinformation and make the forums shittier.

Some sources say yes, but Verizon will most likely deny any phone that isn't directly sold by them. Nexus 6 can and has the hardware, but it took months for Verizon to approve and sell it on it's network.
