@one_minus_one has not hit the post minimum to make this thread. As such, I am making this on his/her behalf.

HE/SHE HAS MADE A NEW XPOSED MODULE THAT IS PURE GENIUS!!!!!

In a nutshell, he/she made an Xposed module that disables Content Guard, formerly known as AntiPiracy Support.

To install, make sure you have Xposed Framework installed (link below) and then install the module from the most recent update.

Essentially it throws a null to the receiver, making it useless:

Best of all, it is open source.

Do not like my post. Click here and like his post!!!!

    Phenomenal job @one_minus_one!
This should work on all ROMs.

    Update 1:

    Update 2:

    Update 3:
Xposed repo is now available: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.github.oneminusone.disableantipiracy

    Update 4:

Need to install Xposed, click here. Note this must be flashed after every update!

    His/Her name is brilliant too.

Best part is that Xposed activates the module during the boot. Hence, it will block it before the services are started. Meaning this cannot be blacklisted.

    Now watch they blacklist Xposed!

In the UK it is illegal to actively circumvent anti-piracy methods.

well... today there are many Work Around for Anti Piracy.

To make it unbreakable I bet they need to bring iOS (please do not start screaming)

I mean they need to close android so much that it will become same as not Jailbroken iOS...

Do you think they can close it so much? :D

This Anti-AntiPiracy movement is not about piracy. Read the many threads we have on it.

Besides, he does not block mod-apks=most piracy.

    I thought I did.

The antipiracy waits for an app to be installed using an install receiver. Then it checks it with a list. If the app is on that list, the antipiracy feature will uninstall the app. This xposed module allows the receiver to see the app but then tells it to shut up and not relay the msg.

I already showed proof I pay for my apps and support developers. Please do a little more research on the topic.

No I am a dev too (remove my app from the store though) and I know the struggles,
But its about privacy not piracy
Currently it's just those apps, but it could be used for other things, and I'm not liking it.

In case we need to fight back, I forked the code. His license is a GNU general public license (I love this guy).

This way I can update it if he does not return.
