You can use the main update thread to see if someone has posted a solution to issues you may have here
    https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/oxygenos-12-for-the-oneplus-9-and-oneplus-9-pro.1524378/
Give feedback about your issues to OnePlus here
    https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback
And try a factory reset to see if that can help, generally a good idea to do so after a major android update anyway, if you're having this many issues.

If you have reset network settings, and still no 3G/4G/5G available then maybe best to rollback to A11?

I have LE2020 (India) after updating to Oxygen OS 12 I have lost network as well. Is there a workaround apart from resetting network settings? Factory reset?
I was thinking to download and install EU version but not sure if that's gonna brick the phone

That is the Chinese version of the phone. I assume you use India firmware on it? I've seen people using all types of versions on it. But not sure if switching regional firmware helps in this case.

Thanks for clarifying. To be fair I don't even know which version is best and has to be installed. Oxygen Updater identifies the correct version of the phone as India.

If Indian OS on it it will automatically offer Indian firmware to it. Chinese version comes with Color OS. So your phone is converted to Oxygen OS Indian version.

Will not void warranty, but internal storage will be erased. So please take a backup first.

You can talk to OnePlus store too, but I'm not sure they will do a rollback for free even if the device is under warranty. But you should ask anyway :)
