Anyone into High-End Ear/Headphones?

    genuine0077 , Feb 15, 2015 :
As much as I am into smartphones, I am a pure audiophile. And OPO is surely giving me a above average music listening experience (above my expectations!).

I currently have a Cowon P1 Lossloss Player, Ray Samuels Predator Portable Amp, Earsonics S-EM6, Audio Technica IM-04 and for casual use the B&O A8 and some middle priced headphones too.
Before what I have right now I had a bunch of others in hand like the Astell & Kern Players, JH Audio, Unique Melody, Shure, Final Audio, Beyerdynamic etc (I just can't name it all lol, too many...) I also have a blog just for hifi gadgets (in Korean though lol), you could still go check out the pictures! (blog.naver.com/genuine007)

I'm originally from Korea, living in UK at the mo, but can't find a decent store that I could go listen new audio gadgets. Could anyone share some wisdom where I could go and prolong my weird hobby of mine? :) I'm sure there's people who share the same interest as me.

    Cheers in advance! :) :)

I had a ton of problems finding a good place. Best buy and guitar center has where I found a bunch. I have a friend who is an audio engineer so he helped me because he has many high end things. Try music equipment stores if you have them

Cool man! But sorry to say..
Bluetooth receivers can never give you a high-end sound experience :(

Skullcandy here. Not pure audiophile but good enough for casual listening from a portable digital device.

Want an honest reply? As much as I like t-peos' ambitious attempts (it is a Korean company lol), they still only make generally cheap earphones. Doesn't fit my category as a high-end equipment! :(
But would be decent enough to listen generally!

Haha I feel ya! But for me (used bluetooth devices going over $300), it never gave me the full satisfaction! :)
But self satisfaction is all that matters bro!

There are a couple of pairs here. I can only vouch for the over-the-ear ones. Great sound quality and comfortable, IMO.

Tell me what kind of music you listen too mostly, that could help!
(I have to go out in a mo, I'll reply you as soon as I get back!)
But for starters and all rounders, Shure se215 is always a good place to start!
I started out from Ultimate Ears Triple-Fi then to the Shure se535ltd, pure chilling experience I still recall.
