    I have issues with mine!

First I thought it was quite "moody" as the button sometimes worked flawlessly and sometime it was really unresponsive. After some searches I tried to hold it in different ways and there it was:

Works perfectly when not touching the frame.

Works OK-ish when using one hand and touching the frame

Really bad when using two hands and touching the frame (typical scenario when using it in bed or a sofa)..

    Will try to return asap.

Mine is actually fine. I'm under the impression that the later batches had improved hardware? Just like the ones yellow tint

    Mine reads:
    And fingerprint sensor works.

Currently I am not using the phone, but it is fully charged and always on standby. When I returned home after work, I took the phone, put my thumb on the fingerprint sensor after it has been idle for about 18 hours and the phone unlocked immediately!

It just puzzles me, why there is such a big difference...

My sensor works as long as I don't hold the phone with two hands.. Even if I hold it with two hands it works but I have to press down harder (I guess the button needs more surface contact)

Hi, ok well only being the owner of a OP2 myself for the past 48 hours I can't say that I have yet had this issue. However I have noticed that if my finger is very dry, then it can take a few try! But I've also noticed that if I breath on my finger, giving the finger some moisture it then works fine!
For me right now the biggest issue is Google Messenger does not display correctly with the conversation between all messages both received past and present. I have spoken on the phone with Google and OnePlus tech team and the issue is OP2. I've been told that this issue will need a software change to sort. Until then OnePlus told me that I should download another text messaging client and don't us Google! Not what I wanted to hear.

    Received my replacement today ! (September 30, 2015) !

    Date: 2015.09.18

The home button is now extremely sensitive. So much sensitive that it is impossible to touch it without triggering it. By impossible, I really mean it.

Contact support and work your way through the hurdles that they throw up before you. Mine is now in the RMA process and should hopefully be replaced soon (although the 'few days for inspection' at their service center have already taken 11 days for me)

I am using the phone for more than 100days now. Never had issue with a dry finger. Hard to unlock with a wet finger though.
