Cannot able to download any app more than 130MB from play store...also gallery not update as it's 137mb size. Also 🔋 draining very fast...little bit heating issue is also there.

Please push an update so that the issue can be resolved as this issue is facing lots of customers...

I am using one plus 8T since 1wk...
Please do something as my return period will be over after 2 days...

    Hi,
This is a known bug and OnePlus and Google are working together to fix this.
You can expect this to be sorted out soon with the future OTA updates.
Meanwhile you can sideload the application apk from apkmirror.com, that should work.

When called one plus customer care they are saying that to downgrade the mobile to android 10...What nonsense they are talking...If Oneplus 8T would not able to perform on android 11 then why it was given out of the box... shame on Oneplus Customer service...

Don't know how many times we raised this issue to improve their customers support services, just selling phone is not enough, how the hell we rollback to Android 10 if a phone comes with A11 out of the box, they don't even have basic knowledge....
Now they charge almost as Samsung and Apple and give customer support as Redmi level :smirk:

BTW App not installing from play Store is a known issue
    So wait for it.

Have you tried factory reset yet?

I think factory reset is not the solution...As many customers has already done this and given feedback in Amazon. Still the issue has not been resolved...I thik this is the bugs which oneplus need to look on a priority basis...

It's a staged rollout so it might take some time. You can also use Oxygen Updater app from the Play Store to update manually. I have received the update but have not yet installed it as I always like to get some feedback before installing a new update to ensure there are no major bugs in the update itself.

Thanks for the solution...However oneplus needs to look on this on a priority basis...As only launching phones and doing business is not the way to handle the customer...Need look after the customer service and their issues as well...

As after buying phones with thousands of bucks customer's are facing problems and customer's are suffering...

Any new device that too with a new android version is bound to have some bugs. Some bugs also seem to be device specific. OnePlus is rolling out fixes in a timely manner, so it'll be fine.
