App crashing issue apps not opening in my OnePlus 8 t via OnePlus 8T

    It's a known issue.

    Try below steps and see if it helps
    - Go to play store
    - Disable auto update
    - uninstall updates from Android System WebView said:
    Try below steps for uninstalling Android System WebView updates,
    Launch the Google Play Store and go to My apps & games
    Open the “Installed” drawer and tap Android System WebView
    Tap Uninstall
    Confirm “Uninstall”
    Reboot device
    If above steps dint work, try below steps,
    Open system settings in your mobile > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Android System WebView > tap the three-dot overflow menu in the top-right corner > Uninstall updates > OK.
    Reboot your device
    Check if the issue is resolved or not

    First of all update you apps from Play Store.

    If still its crashing then..
    Go to that app >> clear cache>> clear storage >> Turn of your device and then turn it on.
    I hope this will work.

    I did that but after that app is opening,once i close it and again reopen it i am facing the same issue... Its very weird from past 2 hours i am facing in my 8t,kindly help me if anyone have any info

    Out of a sudden some of my apps are directly closing after opening them. It started with blue Mail, followed by Handelsblatt newspaper app, outlook, Wirtschaftswoche etc.

    Others are working fine. Even after reinstalling it does not change.

    I restarted my phone and I also wiped cache while restarting.

    Nothing helped... What is going on...?

    I'm having the exact same problem with my 8T with a few apps -- email, the Metal app for Facebook and Feedly. But others open just fine. Have cleaned cache but not tried other solutions. Will report back.

    So I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps and they opened the first time but not thereafter. This just started today -- been fine for a couple of months.

    As of today many, many apps are just crashing either upon loading or after I click on something within it. Even OnePlus community app. I'm here through Chrome. My Gmail app, bank apps, credit card apps, etc. Any idea on when things will be fixed? I'm assuming this have everything to do with the beta updates. I have five other family members using OnePlus devices, not doing beta and they are all fine.

    I've cleared app cache and device cache. Reinstalled some of the apps not working to no avail.
