use " search" option before creating redundant threads.

face unlock isn't safe enough to be used as app unlocking method yet. security critical apps such as banking could come under vulnerability hence pin or fingerprint are most reliable so far.

Most banking apps have their own fingerprint security lock and using app lock would be redundant. Users should get a choice for app lock (optional security anyway), but not where current security measures are enforced.

actually most banking apps use the native fingerprint already registered with the device or existing pin which are very much reliable. so basically the native security measures are enforced for app unlock. having unsecured faceunlock will defy the whole purpose of this and cannot be provided as optional.

No no no. You don't get what I'm saying. Banking apps use a security API within the app while the app locker is a separate app that blocks access to another app. Banking apps are enforced security. Don't change that, keep it as fingerprint only. The app locker is optional anyway. You don't have to turn it on, so why not allow whatever security you want?
