When was the last time you factory reset your phone ? If it was a long time ago , take a back up of all your important data and perform a factory reset.
Android 10 on the 5 / 5T is not perfect.
The OP5 / 5T are at end of support and will no longer be updated.
If the apps are updated to work on the latest versions of Android , they may or may not have issues running on older versions in the future.
