Application crash via OnePlus 8T

    R1611583194785 , via OnePlus 8T , Nov 25, 2021 :
    I am not able to use spotify and Netflix in my 8T after the last security patch update.after opening the applications both will remain idle without any response,after that a pop-up will come with options like,wait,close app. i reinstalled the applications ,but the problem remains the same.No other applications are facing any issues like this.Kindly give a guidance for solving the issue

    Have you tried to clear the app cache of Spotify & Netflix in the Settings and restart your device once?

    Are you using the latest version of Netflix and of Spotify ?
    Did you also try an older version?

    Now it started working..cleared the system ui cache,android system cache and google play services cache.after that i reboot the Device and changed the mode from dark mode.Now its ok..i dont know whats happening...
