Apps not working on Mobile data After Oxygen OS 9.0.3 & Android 9 Update Jan 24, 2019

    Yesterday, i have recieved the Oxygen 9.0.3 Update & Android 9 Update. I had downloaded the same and installed the update, since then i am facing Mobile data connectivity issue with certain applications. like
    1. PUBG
    2. IRCTC CONNECT
    3. BOOK MY SHOW
    4. Google Drive
    And many such apps

    These Apps are running perfectly well on Wi-Fi but are not running on Mobile data, i have even checked the data usage controls over mobile data and Wi-Fi and these are same for all apps, the once which are working and which are not working....

    for Reference i have attached screen shot of
    1. Youtube ( running perfectly on Mobile Data)

    3. PubG ( Not running on Mobile Data)

    5. Latest Update Details

    you can see that in YouTube the speed is 1.1 M/s
    where as in PubG it is showing no network available as well as the speed is merely 0.2 K/s

    Please OnePlus help me for the Issue

    I have two problems:

    1. I cannot select the apps that I want to use my mobile data for

    2. I cannot close a single app at a time. I have to close all of them at once.

    Please help I want to go back to previous update. How is it possible?

    I guess OnePlus is no more enthusiast centric company anymore. We keep writing our problems and no OnePlus Dev. brothers. Is been a month that I am facing the issue. I would never recommend such brand products to anyone anymore. Shame OnePlus.

    same here I am using 6t after the update when I receive the call the game gets back to the main screen showing network error

    Same issue here. Everything doesn't work on data but works on WiFi. Only thing I have that works is facebook.

    Please send out a new fix asap as I need this phone for business. And I have bought at least 5-7 phones for my staff from you too that also experience this issue.

    I had written a mail to the OnePlus Support Team, they have given me the attached instructions to Erase Memory and reset the mobile.

    I have done the same, but still the issue remains... rather now i am facing the issue with the apps which were working fine with Mobile Data earlier.
