Some of us managed to clear ours from Customs only on 25th October (Friday evening). Saturday was a public holiday and DHL did not deliver on Sunday (unlike Fedex) so we managed to get our OPOs on 28th October. The only consolation was that delivery was prompt at 9.00 am.

    Patience is a virtue.

just an advice. If you are forwarder and want your OPO fast? do not share shipping with other item such as Screen Protector or Phone Case. If SP taxed by customs, you can wish your item late.

I had mine and having problem with the taxed when they tax my SP with incorrect conversion rate. damn DHL.

Sorry to hear about your not so good experience. To help others avoid being trapped in your peculiar situation, could you explain what did you declare in the SIRIM form. Cellphones?. As I was told, Customs comes in only when you declare your OPO as "Electronics". (Or did you leave everything to be done by the forwarder on your behalf?)

I bought OPO with the flip case, declared under 'Cellphone' and there was no issue of Customs taxing or delaying.

Those who preordered would be very interested to know the whole incident. You can do them a favour.

hrm... the tax imposed not on my phone (declared as cellphone).

Customs imposed taxes on my Tempered Glass and Phone case (they tariff code it under Others which consume of 20% import duty + 10% Sales tax + RM41 handling charges). Should be receiving my item on Tuesday if not because of these issues.

First invoice they send, the amout is RM66 and I asked them to reconfirm with customs on tax charges whether it's fall under correct tariff codes. Suddenly yesterday they send new invoice which I need to pay at RM162 and they are going to deliver to me all the items but rejected it due to need to pay RM162.

I've compared the invoice and notice the conversion to RM incorrectly converted as for USD19.99 item coverted to RM318. I've emailed them the Amazon invoice as a proof and did not get any feedback from them till today.

Called them today morning, they mentioned I'm only need to pay RM66.09 and will try to deliver it today. Phiewwww... Finally will received my items :p:D
