Actually looking back on my old Samsung Captivate.. That was the perfect shape and size of device. I just wish it had a full 100% screen to body ratio which would equal about a 4.8 inch screen..

Yea I know and I read it but what they say could be wrong. We can only judge it by holding it or by reviewers. They are manufacturers, we can't always take what they tell.

Let us see how can they surprise us. I am still having feelings that it will like other oppo smartphones. Won't be a drastic design change.

I am testing a Nokia 1520 for work, 6 inch screen and the first couple of days, thought is was way too big (came from a S3), however now I really like the screen size. I do not get many phone calls to this cell as I have a desk phone as well.

Too big to me is does not fit in my pocket comfortably. The Nokia is fine in dress pants, however in jeans is a little big.

for me it become to big if I can't fit it in my pocket anymore 160mm would be round the maximum. Also I'm not in the hype of thinner phones. Rather Have a bigger battery! had a zoppo zp 990 captain s and that one was to big

5.5 inches is my maximum for personal comfort. Anyone use an Xperia Z Ultra? What's the upper limit of accessible screen sizes?

Xperia Z Ultra is too big for me...average-sized hands...but I think the OnePlus One will be OK because it's 5.5 inch in a 5 inch footprint (effectively 5 inches). For me, I think 5.5 inch, the same as you :)

Big is so relative... First 3.5" was too big. Then 4.5" was too big. Now 5.5" is too big? You'll see, 5.5" will be fine once you hold it!

In the future, our so called tablets of today will be seen as micro-phones.
