I use it a lot with Google now to check stock prices, open hours, etc. When you need to go somewhere, just say "navigate to nearest gas station with diesel" and it will find it and open Google maps. The directions are then also displayed on the watch. When you are approaching a turn, it will vibrate to let you know that your turn is coming up...

It states over a month battery life I'm assuming because it doesn't have a LCD screen draining the battery.

That's why I'm most interested in it. It should work with the 2. If not I'll just get the 3G version.

The original gear s is way too big for my me. Also, it doesn't really look like a watch.

Get the gear s2, and if its not compatible with the opo then just return the watch. Its that simple.

I bought the Gear S2. It is compatible with the oneplus one. It's a nice watch. A little on the small side but I like how it operates.

I'm currently on my Moto 360, and I'm loving it. I've had it for about 10 months now, and honestly, its so convenient. You never know how much you can use it until you have it. I use it when I drive to make phone calls, or if I'm lost, I can have it look up the location I'm looking for, and it uses your phones GPS location to take you to your destination. I love the talk to text back, and its really convenient if your driving and need to find a quick bite to eat. There are so many everyday uses for it, but I can definitely see why people don't find and absolute need for it. I wanted to eventually upgrade go the Gear S2, and I even paired my OPT to the sport version at a Best Buy to see if it would work, but I didn't have the right app on my phone. So I'm not sure if it'll actually work. The thing selling me is the turning bezel, and NFC. If it weren't for mainly the NFC, I'd prolly go for the Moto 360 2. It's such a clean classic look and I love mine right now. So I'm still on the fence about upgrading.
