Yes I am. Always find odd ball electronic parts there. But with the internet, that's not an issue anymore.

Not to much. Last couple of visits I took to Radio Shack were a bit disappointing. Either they didn't have the components I was looking for, or things were just overpriced. I guess I feel just as sad about Radio Shack as I was when Blockbuster started disappearing.

No, I miss them. They got replaced where I live like 10 years ago and those who replaced them are not even better.

Yeah it's sad to see a store I frequented as a kid and teenager. Loved going in there and getting little things for projects or repairs.

Yeah, the last few visits were a real childhood killer for me. Pretty much turned into a phone store with a handful of overpriced products.

As funny as it is to bring up radio shack, I just busted out an old but in perfect shape 300-in-one. I plan to do a few projects with my raspberry pi and it seemed like the perfect tool.

Yep, lots of nostalgia for that place. Bought lots of components, equipment, and supplies there over the years. Very sad...

Yea its so sad to see them gone, I go their sometkmes, for example when k go to my favorite place for vacation, the only electronic store they have is that one in the 100 mile radius, so radio shack was perfect their. Also I miss block boster, those were the good days, I went their and I loved all the selection of TV and games and movies. And I loved radio shack music and cool products. Then it started slowly to get more and more over priced.

Yeah, I am mainly for the reasons stated above. There is one left in my area but it's a good 40 min away. Used to get my LED's and small electronic components all the time from there.

Well I used to live in Mexico, back there Blockbuster and RadioShack still exist.
Walmarts look amazing compared to the ones here in Canada.

Not really. Everything was over priced and the most of the people that worked their either didn't know their *** from a hole in the wall or thought they were just soooooo much smarter than you.

OMG! I'm from Argentina but I remember visiting Denver's downtown and having stopped by a Radio Shack shop and be amazed by the things they sold in there... such a pity.
