There is no such thing as "battery backup". Please cease from using this term from now on if you want to be taken seriously.

Post this in the proper area with the proper proof.

Hey guys, kinda of a weird bug I found while using a basic Android development feature.

After trying to have my phone in grayscale using the Reading Mode feature that comes with the Oneplus... I found the phone having to constantly switch from color back into grace scale every time I turned my phone back on to be a bit annoying, so I enabled developer mode and turned on monochromacy via the simulated display settings. However, I noticed a dramatic drop in performance when I try to unlock my phone via fingerprint. It either will not read or it takes twice as many tried to get a reading.

Apart from the obvious of turning the Development Options off or just dealing with color into grayscale that happens with reading mode.... Does anyone have any suggestions with a work around? I prefer system based adjustments instead of a just an app overlay to pretend to be gray scale as this gives a slight edge to me during the day battery wise at work as I use my phone for customer service interactions. I also have battery saver and data saver mode on to keep the phone power consumption as low as possible.

    Thanks for your time,
    Daniel B
