    Received my phone yesterday,yayyyyy.

Went to to ATT to get a new nano SIM card and we couldn't figure out the APN/Data settings.... does anyone have some screen shots handy of what's worked for you? We searched and searched the internet and very minimal info is for the 3, and nothing has worked.

    Completely stumped!

    Two things:
When I type that number and hit dial, the phone glitches and gives me a blank screen, but if you click in the right spot- you can get to where he is talking about.

The real issue is I can't select the "LTE GSM auto PRL" setting he is talking about, when I do, it just goes back to the pre set network type of GSM auto PRL...

    oy vey...

This worked for someone with a similar problem. Try it, it might work, won't hurt.

    >First go to settings
    >Delete all apn Settings
    >Reboot
    >Then go back to Settings
    >Mobile Network Settings
    >Access Point Names
    >Open the three dots on the right hand corner
    > Reset toDefault.

Done, settings were a match of the post from NH's ATT... still nothing, i'm wondering if it's because I can't select the "set preferred netork type:" to LTE/GSM Auto PRL?

Maybe I should do a reset and start from scratch?

Does the fact there are two IMEI's have to do with anything, right now I am using IMEI1..

Shouldn't, are you using two sims? On your phone if you have, one Sim you should only have one bar indicated on your screen. Did you try switching to the other slot?

Dumb question - I only ask this because the One was legendary for this - is the sim card upside down?

same problem and my settings were the same as what you specified. I called AT&T yesterday and talked to tier 2 support, and they said that the phone is too new and he should get back to me in two weeks (also submitted a ticket with one plus but haven't heard anything back yet).. I know the unofficial way to get it to work would be to just use another device IMEI (before the rep switched the IMEI I have speedtest results which prove I had LTE).. but I need the IMEI to match the network for insurance purposes/for it to be on record..

anyone who got it to work with these settings, did you register your new phone? or did you just take the nanosim from your old phone?
