I'm wondering, Did you do that? What equipment does the store have that tech support doesn't have?

I am in LA too. I can't get my MMS to work but everything else does. Could you post your APN setting here if your MMS works?

    WAIT on that ebay solution!

What you learned about AT&T is true, and it's great that you got some excellent help & advice from them. But rather than to chuck your phone to ebay, chuck the CARRIER! You'll find VERY fast speeds on T-Mobile or any of their MVNOs.

I'm getting BLAZING fast LTE speeds on Metro PCS, an MVNO of T-Mobile. I have friends who are enjoying similar (great) results on Ultra ME and Simple Mobile.

You know that you just responded to a post that was made last June? Like before OP got registered with AT&T as an LTE-capable phone?

The only outstanding issue with AT&T at this point is that they're beginning to roll out areas of band 20 LTE and the OPO doesn't support band 20. I got my OPO in July and LTE worked from the time the SIM went in. Nothing to see here. Move along.

One of my friends had this issue when he put a AT & T sim from his Iphone to the OPO. He was not getting LTE. After talking with AT & T and ensuring all the settings are correct, still it did not work. Later on the issue was found. His AT & T account still had the equipment as his old Iphone. Once he changed it to OPO, he was able to get 4G LTE.

I also use AT&T with a new connection and I am able to get LTE

Hmm I didn't run into this problem when I was with AT&T, but I also had to manually put in the APN just to get LTE in the first place. Maybe try deleting the APN and adding a new one?

Nope. In the APN list should be one called "phone" Dumb name. Anyway if it is not there you have to add it and make it the Active APN. Call CS to have them give it to you or look up on the internet and I think it is posted in this forum several places.
