[Answered] At the OnePlus 3/3T's natural DPI of 401 the volume indicator notification doesn't scale properly.

    Set "Smallest Width" to 430 in Settings>Developer's Options to achieve the OP3/3T's native 401DPI and everything scales properly except the volume level notification that doesn't span from one corner to the other of the screen.

    It's that by design. It's not an issue.
    App Notifications span from one corner to next, not Volume Level PopUp.

    It's not by Google's design. I'm running stock Android 7.1.1 on my Nexus 5x and the volume notification bar scales appropriately. The OnePlus 3T scales the same way except at the screen's natural PPI of 401.

    You are correct. It is a mistype, but the issue still applies.
