    If the phone has the bands that ATT uses in your area then you should have it. If not, check and see if you need to do any changes with the APN settings perhaps?

    If you look at the the compatibility list of Carriers for OnePlus 9 it shows that 5g is Not Available. I think the bands that are available for 5g are not certified for ATT. I don't know if ATT has any plans to make these bands available or not. It seems as though Samsung has a stranglehold on ATT
