  1. X1570761072154
    Cupcake Nov 30, 2020

    X1570761072154 , Nov 30, 2020 :
With a Type C charger/audio splitter, audio will disconnect about 10-30 seconds after power is connected to the splitter.
If power is never attached, audio is stable
Tested plugging power to splitter before and after the splitter is attached to the phone, as well as connecting audios before and after each of those as well.
This occurred only after updating to 10.3.7.GM21AA

I think I have a log of this. How do I get it to only you? I can put it on Google Drive but I only want you to see it. I am not the original reporter of the issues but I am also experiencing it.

I used this feature every day and after the System Upgrade it no longer works. The problem is the audio will not go to the wired headset path after the audio/charger splitter is plugged in. Instead, the audio comes out of the phone speakers. The audio will go to the headset path if the charger is not plugged in.

    1) With nothing plugged into the phone, play audio from the phone. Hear audio come out the phone speakers.
    2) Plug in the audio/USB-C splitter, which is plugged into nothing else. Audio does not change.
    3) Plug in headphones into the audio/USB-C splitter. Hear audio come out of the headphones.
    4) Plug in a charger to the splitter's USB-C port (to charge the phone). Hear audio come out of the phone!!

#4 is unexpected and new behavior. Expectation is that the audio continues to play through the headphones.

Prior to the System Upgrade the audio would be interrupted briefly but would continue playing through the headphones.

Here is the audio/USB-C splitter I have (Juiced Systems ASIN: B07MPK416P):

    https://www.amazon.com/Juiced-Systems-Digital-Auxiliary-Delivery/dp/B07MPK416P

    My phone is a GM1917.

When can it be fixed? I love the phone otherwise!
