Your camera module is failing, get it or your device replaced.

This is a know issue on 3t camera modules, you need a replacement to get it to work... The issue is hardware not software.

NO, this problem is a software, the MODULE works good, but takes time to focus much better on objects, for me it takes 30 seconds, it's annoying. When i use Gcam there is no issue, but the quality of pictures is different and sometimes i want to use stock camera.

The issue of the rear camera not focusing for a majority of 3/3T users 3 is not a SW problem, it is a known HW failure.

The only fix for it, is having rear camera module replaced.

I know, what you are talking about. i have already answered on such issues, as you mentioned, but THIS topic is different. I can take good photos on stock camera, but to make small objects sharper, i have to wait for some time

That's all part of the HW failure of the camera, only known fix to which is by having the rear camera module replaced.

I am listening, still though it's all the same issue.

Gcam sometimes fixes focusing through image processing, not all the time though and usual the problem will get worse.

Not every user, but many did... Oneplus even had a free camera module exchange program active last year

It's a widely reported and commonly known HW failure on the 3/3T, the rear camera loosing the ability to focus. Only becoming apparent after an update is nothing more than a unfortunate coincidence.

The only solution is having the rear camera module replaced, best would be calling a OnePlus service center for a quote on possible repairs.
