I'm a college student and I need to login in wifi everytime when I connect to WiFi. This irritates me so much. Can I except a feature in OnePlus by which it automatically log me in when I connect to wifi?

sadly, this can't be fixed by oneplus.
this has nothing to do with the phone, it's your University that's causing this.

Captive portals are the scourge of the earth, demanded by lawyers and marketing people, and liked by nobody. They cause all sorts of problems, and have no positive purpose. The best bet tends to be to simply not connect to networks that use them so that your phone won't lose its data connection simply because you walked by one. Of course that works better if you can secure a data plan that doesn't require you to constantly be on the lookout for wifi to avoid overage fees.

I know people keep saying one plus can't fix this but they can. Samsung phones have the option of "open with Chrome" but my one plus 6t can't do that.

That's just a matter of default apps. Go into settings and search for "default"; you can change your default app for just about anything. Has nothing to do with Samsung vs OnePlus. You probably clicked on "Always" when that popup came up once and so now it's remembering to use a specific app every time.

you're incorrect my friend, I have set my default apps. Captive portals don't open with default browsers but I'm saying that in Samsung phones there is extra functionality that allows to launch default browsers from captive portals
