Hmm...maybe switch to a black one, that could help..(why do you mention the colour?) ;-)

What OOS is installed? Are you rooted? What signal do you mean (Wi-Fi, Mobile Data)?

Sir, White is mentioned so that helper can understand the configuration 128/8.
    System oneplus6 Oxygen_22.O.33_GLO_033_1908012012 d..
I think rooting is ddone by service centre but in vain...they told issue with mother board:(.
I am getting issue in Mobile data some mobile worker told me its frequency band is damaged. . so could not find signals & restart automatically.

I highly doubt the service center would root your phone and tell you it's a motherboard problem. If it's within warranty duration, why not get it fixed?

Service center dont know anything , they have simple part replacement policy...it does not in warranty..its having issue with band which makes it unable to fetch signals.

If the problem is not solved in the service center (was it an official one?) then try it again or choose another one.

Report the issue directly to OnePlus Developers as a Bug report.

The service center are advised me to change the mother board but it's nearly 80% of the cost of the phone , but if I can replace the network section it will cost less

OnePlus support are seperate from the Service Centre. Maybe get back on to the online chat support at the link I gave in the previous post, maybe they might have a different perspective.

Check with them to see if the phone is still under warranty.
