Sometimes they may restart if they are updating in the background, however for those that are persistently restarting, try clear the App info cache, and if necessary the App info Storage as well.

However clearing the Storage will mean that it may remove logins and personalisations for the app. So you may have to re login to those apps. Backup any chats, messages or anything stored locally beforehand.

Do I need to reset phone after OS update. To be honest, after 10.3.0 and 10.3.1 update, I'm still using phone without resetting. 🤔

If you are experiencing constant issues with apps in 10.3.1, it would be no harm to backup your phone, then do a Delete All Data reset in Reset Options in Settings, System.

It will completely refresh the phone, with a fresh install of 10.3.1, your most recent version. You can then restore any backups made.

Backup through both Google, if you have a Google account, and any other accounts in there that need syncing, also backup photo, document and download folders. And no harm to use OnePlus Switch to make a backup to an external device such as a PC or Laptop.

You can never have enough backups. Preferably in more than one location.
