    Would be a great option!

Obviously if it's optional feature it won't impact people that do not like the Night Mode at all, so no harm here.
Besides applications like Twilight are not perfect since they cause a lot of permission issues with concurrent applications.

There is an app for that. People need to realize that OP can't be expected to include every application available on the play store into the phone.

It never worked for Samsung, and it ain't going to work for OnePlus!

Well, on one hand it is true, there is an app for that. On the other hand, for the ones who are coming from an iPhone, where it is part of the OS, this might be a nuisance.
Still, there are more important things to focus, like the security updates or the 7.1.1. This is what Oneplus should be working on.

The same can be said for users switching to iOS from Android.

People should not expect the same level of commitment from OP vs. Apple. If they do there in for a massive let down. If they wanted that level of service, and to be first in line then buy a Pixel. You get what you pay for. OP can't possibly compete with Apple. They don't have the money hands down.

I agree tho that having the most up-to-date security, and version of Android great. However, bugs are inevitable. The OP community is the worst for complaining.

I'm looking forward to the next update 7.1.1 but you won't see me complaining to OP for the update, and then continue to ***** because a setting moved.

yeah. the developers should consider that as it saves battery, reduces eye strain and glare.

Well it seems that Oneplus have listened to me in the beta version? Great to see for all those who want the option as I said before!

I have been thinking about it for a while.
It's promising, that has been implemented on the beta.
    Thanks OnePlus team.
