I was listening to music on my noise x5 shots when suddenly the screen went blank and didn't turn on. I pressed the power button but nothing happened. Subsequently, the earphones got disconnected. The phone didn't turn on for about a minute and then the whole normal restart happened. But then when it came to the loading screen, when the balls move on circle, it didn't go any further. I waited for a while but nothing happened. So I pressed the power button and waited for 30 seconds but nothing happened. After 4 hours of trying, the phone turned on when I pressed the high volume button and the power button for 15 seconds.
This was the second time it had happened. i think this happened because I was listening to music for more than 30 minutes on my wireless earphones. I do have the latest Android 10 update. I just want to know why it happened.

My phone was running fine before but today it started freeze here and there (like the whole UI frooze and then unfrooze after a bit). Finally, I was using WhatsApp and got a message that something happened to my WhatsApp message history but I can restore it now. I did that, pulled down the notification tray and the phone got stuck. It got un stuck but then after a bit got stuck again. It remained froze for a bit, then I pressed Volume Up + Power and it turned off but now it won't turn on. I have trued holding the power for 15+ seconds, holding Volume Up + Power for 15+ seconds or even plugging it into the charger but not success. Any idea what I can do next?

Maybe try and go to an authorized Mobile store and get it fixed. Maybe there is a problem with the software or UI

That is what I was thinking next but at the moment, everything is on lockdown so I guess I'll have to wait and see... But I think this might be more of a hardware issue than a software issue.

If you want to try just for the sake of it, Plug the phone into your computer and press both the volume and Power key for 15 seconds. The should boot up into recovery mode. by using the up and down volume key, you can choose which one you want. If it still doesn't work, you might have to wait till lockdown ends
