Hi, sorry to hear your backside camera glass broke. Depending on where you are based, you could visit a service centre or send your device in for repairs:

Maybe there is class stuck in the camera sensor so that it can't focus properly?

You can find the pricing (including tax, but excluding labour service charge) of parts for OnePlus 7 in India here:
    https://www.oneplus.in/support/repair-pricing/details?code=10

Considering they would probably need to replace the whole rear camera module, since just the glass is not mentioned separately, it might be ₹3,380 + labour, but they should hopefully be able to give you an indication of the exact costs in the Service Centre, or at least an indication of whether they can replace just the glass of the back camera.

Yes, but you state you made a replacement to the glass already yourself (or had it done by a non-OnePlus verified Service Centre or person), after it broke initially.

Normally, for most manufacturers, this would void your warranty. Especially since you state the replacement glass is the one that is not clear, rather it has a blue tint.

Unless you had it replaced in a OnePlus Service Centre in the first place, and this is the glass which is giving you issues.

Please have a look at the Terms of Sales (https://www.oneplus.in/legal/terms-of-sales):
I have highlighted "Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus." in the Terms, since I think this is what would apply to non-OnePlus authorised repairs.
