backup problem

    Hi guys ,
    there was some small issues with my OP5 so I went to service centre they said we need to format the device so I agreed but I forgot to see that I had taken the backup of my notes so is there a way I can get that data back? . any help is appreciated.

    No, unfortunately, the apps that recover data only focus on Photos, Videos, Audio

    If you backed up using Switch (and saved the file on another disk), your notes should be saved.

    actually if you see there is no settinga option through which you can select the option to save it on drive so I should directly get saved somewhere . example we don't have to save the google sheet it saves automatically. so is there anything we can do?

    The difference is, your Google docs aren't saved on your device at all. They're only stored on your Google account, analysed, as well as each and every type and location, and stored for selling your data.
    OnePlus Notes is an offline app.
