backup & restore:error:

    Anyone Help..Plz
    I had backup the data & transferred the backup files to my computer....& I started to rolldown from beta version to Oreo 8.1...all data were wiped & then install Android 9.0...after that I had transferred all the backup file from my computer to opbackup.. after that I opened the OnePlus switch app & clicked on restore backup file...bt it doesn't shows anything.... Help me guys... I'm in trouble...What should I do now????...bcoz there are lots of data, files,images, contacts, documents...etc....Anyone help me

    update the OnePlus Switch app to the same version that was on Beta or newer. it will show up..

    what is your OnePlus switch version?
    download latest from apkmirror and install it.
    today they pushed new version.

    okay, it should have worked fine.
    i did same and it didn't show for me also, after i updated the switch app, it showed up and worked fine after that.

    ok..so what should I do now..bcoz there are lots of data images documents... that's important,..& I had tried to open the backup from files Manager.... I can see all the images..songs.. it's shows all in the file manager..bt in OnePlus switch app...it doesn't shows anything...

    did you modify the contents?
    if not then it will show up, wait for the update to be uploaded to apkmirror and then try or else uninstall the updates to switch app and then try again.
    you copied the opbackup folder to internal memory i suppose.

    no I didn't do anything to modify the contents..I had simply copied the backup file from PC & put that into the opbackup.. that's it..

    yes Mobile Backup folder must be inside opbackup.
