Bad network reception after Android 10 update - OnePlus 7 Oct 18, 2019

    Network reception has gone bad after Android 10 update. Especially while traveling. Anyone facing the same issue out here?
    Even after flight mode on and off it takes more than minutes to get the signal back.

    Hi. I just updated my phone to 10.0.1 and didn't notice any drop in network reception. If anything, it only improved. May be the next update will solve your issue.

    network reception is fine after android 10 update (even before doing factory reset it was fine)

    if you wish, you can try doing the following option and see if it gets better

    The wifi is getting connected only after restarting it's not connecting to the router when turning off and turning on, it connects to hotspots but not to router networks

    I have tried this and problem still persists. In SIM settings you can literally see SIM getting switched on and off constantly.. this is happening after Android 10 update

    I have noticed this as well, though have not faced any issues the signal strength on phone seems to have dropped for my carrier after the update.

    did you do Factory Reset? please let us know if it helped? i am fed up of loosing every call due to this issue..

    I was facing lots of issues after Android 10 update.. i did a complete factory reset (without restoring from any backup).. had synced my contacts and photos to google so didn't lose em.. but went through the painful process of manually reinstalling all my apps after the factory reset.

    Fortunately now 99% of the issues have disappeared.

    Only auto brightness inaccuracy issue still remains.

    word of caution - you might not see much of an improvement if you restore from a past backup
