    Really unhappy with the service of one plus .

    I had bought my oneplus 5 in august 2017 through the one plus website with a servify protection plan for 12 months. I have a display issue recently . I did not know I had to register my device as well as the protection plan . The customer care executive tells me that you receive an activation code .
    How does anyone know about it on which she says that you should have read the terms & conditions and they cannot do anything about it ?
    Just been shuttling between the oneplus call centre & servify call centre?
