Banking aap says not found registered sim Dec 1, 2019

It's been almost 2 months i have been using new OnePlus 7t.
Banking app such as BOI says registered sim Card doesn't found.
I am not able to use that banking app. It was not happening in previous android 9 .So I waited for new updates to fix this issue but it doesn't seem to be fixed soon .so i thought not to wait and report. please help me on this issue.



After i try to login still says this.
