Battery and Heating issue

    After the oxygen os 4.1.7 update my Op3 battery doesn't even last for 3hours....I have to keep on charging my phone... Actually the battery performance was good when it was on marshmallow 6.0
    This is very disappointing one plus.!!!

    battery issue exist in android devices after kitkat..
    so nothing major done by oneplus
    blame google for spoiling android

    try clearing cache files by entering recovery mode had read in community and it kind of improved my battery life I was having same issue..bit better now

    try clear cache, if the problem still persist, you may need to consider factory reset your device, my OP3T running 4.1.7, battery is perfect..

    In KitKat there was the camera daemon issue (which used to eat up all battery unless the phone was restarted)

    it came with 4.3 then 4.4.2, then i switched to its beta program for lollipop
