    I understand. But try resetting phone, Erase internal storage. before that please take Backup if you have any important data. please try once.

    if you bought this phone from OnePlus website. raise a service request for replacement of your handset if you bought within 7 days. if it's the last day or 7th day. please raise request now itself if the problem still exists after resetting and erasing internal storage.

    This is complete mistrust ,my mobile is heating like anything.

    Guys if you also facing issue similar to this please review on Amazon's. After giving 33K₹ we have got a worst mobile than any mid range phone.

    no, I'm not from OnePlus team. but I faced the same issue with my mobile OnePlus 5 and it got rectified.

    when is your purchase date?, have you bought it within 7 days? have you ever raised a service replacement request in OnePlus webpage?. if resetting doesn't work please go for replacement if it's within 7days. or you can give it to OnePlus ASC nearby your place for software reinstallation.

    Well nothing is perfect without faults. If you have an issue then send it to RMA for repair, rather then complaining here. I don't think so any of us help you... sorry.

    not to worry. clear cache in storage. after that reboot your device into recovery mode,select wipe cache data options and clear cache. reboot your device. repeat this process after every update.
