Go live in Greenland, you would like the smartphone to warm up.

Yep. Phones get warm when you use them. These things are far more advanced than the cup and string you used before.

I have done that 1st step charging till 100 and then continuously charging in switch off for 3 hours but after that my battery is draining a little faster than before.
    Why is it like this?
Is this steps are really effective?
Or else shouldn't have done this all?
    Help!!

reboot to recovery and wipe cache:

    1. Power off
    2. ‎Power + Volume down button - hold this combination till device starts
    3. ‎English (unless you know one of the other languages)
    4. ‎Wipe data and cache
    5. ‎Wipe cache (don't choose the other options)
    6. ‎reboot

    Whilst doing what?
"heats very badly" - does the phone show errors? can you not comfortably hold the phone? what is the local ambient temperature? is it just warm?

You say it heats up badly, what temperatures are we talking about? hot to the touch or so hot it's uncomfortable to hold?
