Battery Charging Very Slow May 24, 2020

    My oneplus 7t charging very slow last few days 0 to 100 1 hour 40 minutes complete how can fix this problem

    for me it's showing warp charge but it charges slowly. Now tell. Anyways I have noticed that the charging speed of one plus 7t has decreased considerably. Earlier my phone used to full charge in about 55 to 60 mins. But nowadays sometimes it takes close to 70 to 75 mins to full charge the phone. I don't know whether it's a software issue or its something to do with my warp charger, type C cable or the USB port.

    this is due to the high Ambient temperature.. wrap charge works on 5.8A upto 40% charge - 35c below .. when ambient temperature higher than 35c . then it charges at 3.8A only . try cooling ur device before charging. it works for me!!!

    yeah maybe your logic is correct. because it's currently very warm weather. Even the room temperature is too hot to handle.

    there you go. the main issue with how fast you can charge a lithium battery is heat. the higher the ambient temp, the slower you have to charge to avoid thermal runaway.

    the phone is fine. quit picking at it and let it do its thing. you shouldn't care about a few extra minutes to charge because you should be plugging in your phone before bed and then letting it charge overnight. This will allow the system to properly optimize the apps and filesystem. Not doing this is the leading cause of slow and hot phones after a system upgrade. just do it.

    Various factors can be reasons.
    Like Charging Port, lose socket.the charging cable
    Battery.
    Once the battery charging reaches around 90, the slows the rate. It's like molecules spread all over come joining together leaving no space.
    But again over the usage and time there will be some delay In charging too .
    Nevertheless as it's been few months old thread and bumped and if not fixed, you may want to check with service center once to check the battery once . Thanks.
