I've been facing battery drain after the google duo deep integration update!
It's irritating, 1% every 2 minutes, no matter the app!

well, after updates some cache data are incompatible with the new version and can produce some issues mostly in battery. so, you should create a security copy of your data like photos, ... then, you update and after the update you turn off the phone. you turn on in recovery mode to delete all the cache and data and then, turn on normally. So, you will lose the data of your phone but the phone normally works well. It's not necessary to do this in every update, just big updates. battery performance will improve with time and charge cycles. calibrate the battery could be an option too.

9.0.2 was having such issues , after updating to 9.0.3 , all battery problem and heating issue solved. Now again distracting customers because of issues in 9.0.4.
Now I am afraid to software update my device.
I request you to solve this issue with next update .
Pls provide only stable updates , otherwise dont release the update

You're kidding right? If you use an app it's gonna use battery. Do you people expect the phone to last two weeks at a time? If you figure out how to use an app without the app using battery let me know.

Plug your phone in overnight before you go to bed you should be good by morning The update needs to optimize and the process only begins when the phone is plugged in and isn't used for a few hours

Your battery graph looks alright to me. I don't see anything out of the normal. Good luck to you though.

After two charge cycles, my phone's battery is working perfectly fine now!
it's just sometimes we expect more than required
    and we feel disappointed!
