Check inside the battery usage section. If nothing is found, I'll recommend doing a factory reset as you've updated to a newer android version.

I restricted every apps, and usually befor oxygen 11 upgrade my OP 8 drained max 4% of battery, now 10%. Oxygen 11 needs a battery consumption optimization.

How many times have you fully charged and left if connected an hour or 2?
Sometimes it's not as simple as just restricting all apps. Some apps may even missbehave when doing that and reload more often instead causing more drain.

An alternative to being connected to the charger is this command via adb shell.

    cmd package bg-dexopt-job

It may take 30 minutes or more on an unoptimized system. And like 2 minutes if fully optimized. It says Succes when done and will abort if you disconnect from the computer.

And to actually know what effect an tweak has you might want more stats to look at.

More info for example about caches and the app optimizing.

I know for sure that the day before the upgrade to oxygen 11, my OP consumed 10% of battery every 1 hour of screen on. Now, after the upgrade, in the same condition and usage, it consumes 15% for every hour of screen on. Moreover, it consumes a lot when the device is in standby. The battery drain is too much.

Some combination of Play Store and Play Services have had a massive battery drain. And you have plenty of it.

These are my statistics. In the same condition and usage, using oxygenOS 10 I could have gotten at least 7 hours of screen active.

I factory reset the OP 8 and I'm doind the second full charge (from 0 to 100%) and I hope that in this way the battery will calibrate itself, but I don't think, because the problem is the new OxygenOS 11, it drains battery a lot.

Its not the background app. I used to game for 4hrs 30min straight and still have 30% left in my battery but now 3hrs of gaming left me at 17% from 97% of charge. My screen setting are FHD 120Hz.

I noticed that too. We are exactly the same. 10% per hour when the phone is being used normaly but now it consumes 15% to 17% per hour after oxygen os 11 update.

I downgraded my oneplus to android 10, because the battery is not the only issue that I saw, yesterday the navigation gestures didin't work and my phone was stucked. I'll upgrade to android 11 at least between 2 months.
