SOT is 49 mins since I unplugged the phone.

For System apps please see screenshot. I cannot see a particular culprit.

Also battery dropped from 73 % to 69 % since my last post (about 30 mins ago), even without using my phone at all during this time! This can't be normal.

Looking at your screenshots it would appear that there is no particular app showing that may be causing it. It does appear to be sinking very fast. The only thing I can suggest is to back up your phone, and do a complete Factory reset. Some people state this does rectify battery issues. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Seems like even a lot of google Pixel phone users experience massive battery drains since Android 10 update. Most of them also have no explanation or specific app this is linked to.

Some of them were able to solve the battey drain by disableing "Digital Wellbeing" functions in settings. To disable this you have to open digital wellbeing in settings and then go to the menu and restrict data access for digital wellbeing.
I have just done this, so I cannot tell if this might solve my problem, I will keep you updated.

Using OnePlus 6 after the update the same battery drain, and now the issue is even worse. around 60% or 70% and the phone dies.. try to switch it on and the battery is at 0% and it has to be charged again.

Do you guys even test updates before shitting them out to the public ??
Last ******* time im buying a OnePlus
