    48578, Dec 3, 2018 :
I noticed after the Oxygen OS 9.0.2 update, there's been battery drain in the OnePlus 6. Anyone else noticed this? If yes, OnePlus support team please fix this in the next update

I'm having the same issue with my OnePlus 6. I just got mine last week and after updating to the OS 9.0.2, my battery went from 100 to 53 percent overnight while not being in use. I don't have any info on what caused that on the Battery setting.

How do I know which app is causing the issue when there are no apps listed in the Battery Detailed Usage list?

what to tell the developers of insta, youtube, etc.
my phone is showing notifications that insta is using too much battery ,same with youtube ,crome and camera is using 12% battery life.
i have cleared cache of all these apps and am using deep clear recent app management from settings.
    dont know wats wrong.
will updating my phone by downloading 9.0.2 ota and flasing it again help?

    Not really!
I know they by-the-book there should be an app doing it. Checked before posting several times and the is no such thing. Within those 30 minutes right after a full charge the is no info. When the info about the battery use becomes available there is no app listed. Only the system components. But 5% of battery is gone.
I am not a new in smartphone use and had almost all OP models so far usually complemented by other Android and iOS phones. That is to say I have a slight idea where to look and what to check...

So the Update 9.0.2 is indeed not battery friendly. This is not an user specific issue because so many people reported the problem with that version. Please OnePlus, fix this.
Screen on time went from 6-7 hours to about 3-5 with this update!

I too have the same problem but no one has a solution to it. Clearing cache memory or having a black wallpaper doesn't help.
