Me too, issue is with oxygen in battery settings, draining massively.

My phone seems fine while I'm using it, but when it's idle in my pocket it gets warm and drains v fast. Like an anti-dose haha

This has happened to me three times now, and yeah, my phone was always in my pocket. Makes me think it's the screen gestures going haywire in your pocket, I've disabled them for now and will see if it happens again.

I did a dirty flash with 100% battery and wiped the cache before and after the update, but I'm having battery drain issues as.well. I have tried a charge cycle with no luck. I'm going to try greenify but since my phone is stock I heard it's not very effective

Is clean install having to wipe data + cache before flashing 3.0 zip?

I flashed 2.2.1 stock which included wipe of everything, then copied 3.0 over to the phone and flashed it from stock recovery. After that I booted into temp-twrp-recovery and flashed twrp and supersu.

I dirty flashed the rom, cleared cache two times afterwards, and the phone looses about 4-5% over night(10 hours) with WiFi and LTE on.
So I am not in the same boat.

So I cleared cache and have re-installed the OS. I now have the oxygen drain of 20% (this wasn't there before - I use Nova launcher and thought this oxygen drainage problem was only with oxygen launcher)

Will keep you posted if this works!

For those who not getting battery backup, try to calibrate your battery, first discharge it to 0, then charge back to 100, if possible then do this while your phone is switched off.
Do mind wiping dalvic n cache too, if drain still persists.

I feel such drains after every OTA update or ROM switch, so may be this helps you out too..

GoodLuck, have a nice time ahead

Thank you for advice. Can I ask, how do you wipe dalvik? I've wiped cache from recovery but don't know where to find dalvik
