    Hello everybody,

I just received my OPO yesterday. It was 50 % when i turned it on. And i directly charged it to 100%. I was playing some games like Dead Trigger 2, some 15 minutes and a little bit social media. I turned off the screen when it was 50%. In the morning, the battery was 2%.!!!! Why is the battery drain not fixed. And how can my battery be good. I thought the battery life was good and there was no battery drain after the update XNPH33R. Please help me!

Search the forums. Lots of discussions. No point in people repeating the same answers.

The battery drain is fixed. It was for the idle time not the playing or using time.

If only you cared to go through the forums on various other threads about this issue. There was no need to create another one. It helps a lot if you click the magnifying glass on top right corner and do a search before making a thread that is similar to others where your question has already been answered.

The last news update stated that CM has been able to find a fix for this however that will be released in the next OTA which will come out in about a week or so which fixes idle time battery drain, till then hang tight and enjoy the phone.

The last update said the OTA will probably be out in a week or so. They have also received the firmware update for the touchscreen so they can include that as well to fix multi touch issues. I am eagerly waiting for this update as well.

I doubled my battery usage time by disabling the auto brightness setting I don't know why but the sensor was always doing something => not letting the phone sleep maybe this will also help you!

I think that you have to make about ten cycles of charging before you get maximum battery life. It is normal to get fast drain after first charge
