pinkhelmet , via OnePlus Nord 2 , Dec 2, 2021 : I just purchased the Servify extended warranty (phone night on 16th nov 21) and when setting up the Servify app, the battery health was checked by the app. It shows 62% as the health of my brand new phone battery. However, I'm getting decent battery life. 5hrs SOT with moderate usage over a period of 18 hours (20% left). No agenda. Just wanted to share it here.
Aaron2017 , Dec 2, 2021 : Hi, the Nord 2 has 2 battery cells, it's quite possible the app doesn't take that into account and therefore gives a false reading.
