Go to developed options by clicking Build number in 'About Phone' for almost 4-5 times, The developer mode will be unlocked. Go to Developer Options and swipe down and find 'Advanced Reboot', Turn it On. Then hold the power button and select 'Restart' option . There you will see Following options... Reboot
    Recovery
    Bootloader
now, Select Recovery and the phone will enter in recovery mode. Then select language ie:'English' and u'll see my options, above them only select the option of Clear The Cache select it and reboot ur phone!

You can see the Current as -67 milli ampere and it has got red tag. So it means that the power recieving isn't sufficient for your phone. Thus, the cable is damaged and isnt supplying the required power to your phone, so it gets time to charge rather than normal charge of 2 hours. So change your Cable, the phone will get charged in about 2 hours. And buy the cable from official oneplus store.

do you have any other solution to the problem instead of changing the cable?? as I want my phone to be perfect within two days and it would take me about a week to change cable

No, There's no other solution, because i also faced the same issue and i too contacted the service center they suggested me to buy new dash charge cable from oneplus store.. as the old was an manufacturing defect and also if you have valid warranty, you can claim your cable free of cost. just visit your nearest service center.
