    For me, it shows during charge Green with Pass means it's getting required power to the battery.

    Battery Issues :: I got a new phone OnePlus 3T 4 days back battery is draining very fast. Today morning I charged 100% and it's 4.5 hours battery is left with just 36%. Please let me know if it's normal or I should get my handset replaced

    dude you just have to clear cache and then wait for few charging cycles..
    to clear cache:
    1. turn off your phone.
    2. press and hold volume down and power button until the phone vibrates.you will then enter recovery menu.
    3. select english.
    4. select wipe cache/data.
    5. select wipe cache.
    6. if prompt comes ..select yes.
    7. then reboot.
    8. done.

    just now plugged the phone into charger in just 5-6 mins the battery got charged for like 10%

    Charging and battery issue solved,
    I was also facing the same issue than somewhere i read, the problem is solved after clearing the cache and data, follow these steps:
    - take the backup of all your data
    - then switch of the phone
    - then press volume down + home botton
    - then select wipe cache and data
    - then restart your phone
    Thts it all done.. Keep smiling

    Hi,
    I am facing an unusual battery drain for the last couple of days and the biggest source of this drain is Googlr Services.

    Looking further into it shows that Google Play Services are the biggest drain. When i look further in the system settings under Battery it takes me to the LOCATION Services when I click on Google Play services.

    The location setting is at "Device Only" which is jist GPS which I believe is te default setting.

    Pls can someone help me sort this major Battety drain issue.

    guys I don't know how but the problem of slow charging has been resolved
    now it takes about 3hrs for complete charge with the same cable and adapter provided by OnePlus 2 although battety is draining fastly.

    Hi,
    Request to guys who ever say to change the cable.

    -I have been observing this guy in all the battery issue threads . He suggests to change the cable and that will solve the problem.
    - Can you please show the proof that changing cable solved this issue.
    - All our OnePlus 2 phones are working completely fine before update then after update how can cable get damaged and cause serious charging and discharge issue.
    - After update my phone takes atleast 6-7 hours to get ౩౦% Mark.

    My kind request to @OnePlus team is to solve this bug and make your customers happy.
