Bedtime or quiet mode

What's the equivalent of Android's quiet mode in OPX? I want to be able to toggle the piority interruptions only when I go to bed but it should automatically switch back to normal when the alarm goes off. If I use the slider, I've to manually toggle it back to normal when I wake up. The marshmallow version has this function..

    Any help?

Wait, so the alert slider is pretty much useless for you?

Honestly, how hard is it to manually move the slider to its respective position?

Have you ever clicked a pen? That's how hard.

dang. gotta get rid of all of my pens now:D

but on this topic. is the alert slider the primary control that overrides any software/app input? it seems pretty useless if you can override the alert slider

Yes it exists.. In CMOS 12.1 the Setting you are looking for is in Sounds --> Interruptions --> Downtime

There you can Set up dates and time.. Works like a charm!

Not sure if OxygenOS has it or not as I have OPO..

    Cheers!

Yes as I said it might be different in OPX. That's why I would like to stick to my OPO, everything is well-thought and there.

OPX is the new kid on the block, and it takes time to get groomed, Let's not be so hard on it :p

A lot of things I can live without but this is an essential feature to me. I can't have the phone ring in the middle of the night for some tweet or useless Facebook notification.

The only other option that I can think of is to turn off your phone. If you have setup Alarm(s) it will turn on automatically in the morning. I guess that's not too bad and saves your battery as well.

I love my OPX, but TOTALLY agree, this function is a necessity ! Some have said that the quiet hours would be confusing with the alert slider; well it's not a problem for iPhone users !?

It's a small over-sight, and I'm sure could be fixed with a couple of hours of programmer time. Come on OnePlus, don't spoil a good phone for a tiny amount of effort.

Idiots (most of you apparently) who post on here that it's not a problem (for them) should go and find something useful to do with your sad little lives. That way intelligent people could use this forum productively.
