    Face unlock, finger sensor are not working properly. While drop down the notifications at that time phone got stuck. Same issue facing from day 1.

    I don't see this on my NORD 2 5G
    Or try you can test if it is not a hardware error of the phone:
    Back up your data and perform the factory settings of your phone.
    Do not install any applications or data and try test if it works OK.
    If the error is the same, contact your support - complaints.
    or
    try analysing the phone using OnePlus care app.

    U can't see it
    Because U not use phone properly may be.
    I'm also facing same Issue.
    And also if We do Factory Reset.
    Everything will erase from phone data.
    I know We Have To Back up data
    But Some times the back Up data will not restore Fully by some problems..

    Every android phone (cant speak for apple) gets hot during a video call, its just how it works. Of course it gets hot while charging, 60W are passing through the phone some heat dissipation is bound to happen.
    Stop stressing and just use your phone.

    I'm using the Nord 2 as you can see on my footnote. I've used a lot of phones before and they all behaved the same.

    Even iphone gets hot during video call, this is mostly since it's using quite a lot of resources.

    Modem for constant stream of data
    CPU for encoding the video in a smaller format
    Camera.... Well to record the video.

    All three of these things generate heat, and are quite power hungry elements of any phone.
